Government to search lack in reasonable insurance deals

Despite of car insurance supermarket cheap deals the UK motorists are finding it tough to get affordable insurance cover. The car insurance rates are expected to rise in future further making it difficult for the UK drivers to remain insured.
The government is planning to investigate about the lack of affordable insurance cover in the country. The MPs has also announced an inquiry to help the financially strained drivers to get a reasonable deal.
The government has set this inquiry for searching the cause behind the shortage of reasonable insurance deal. The inquiry will further do the reasoning behind the rising insurance cover and its influence on the vehicle owners.
The former foreign and home secretary reports will show the impact of the ongoing insurance issue on the UK motorists. According to the chairman of the investigative committee the secretary’s research will help in debating over the issue. The committee will take into account both the government and car insurance companies while analysing the secretary report.
The premium rises to about 29.9% in 2010 which makes it further difficult for the car insurance drivers to remain insured. The car drivers can check out various reasonable deals offered by the car insurance supermarket to save on pocket and be insured.
The insurers blame the fraud and dishonest car insurance customers for rising insurance cost. The rise in fraud is an important reason behind the rise in insurance premium as the figures state that the number of accidents claims is high while the number of accidents is quite low. The new ruling against the referral fee might divert the greedy car drivers to make whiplash injury claims.
The uninsured car drivers drive away in accident causing rise in the premium of honest insurance customer. The new CIE ruling might increase the number of insured drivers on road but yet safe driving will ensure low number of accident and low car insurance quotes.
